I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

All orders are processed, printed and shipped within 3 business days! We ship via USPS First Class and include tracking numbers for all orders!

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU? 

We offer excellent customer service! If you have any questions at all, just send an email to support@comforttee.com and we'll get back to you in 8 - 24 hours! 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?

Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If not, please contact LIVE SUPPORT or give us a call.

OOPS! I MESSED UP MY ORDER INFO! CAN I CHANGE IT? 

If this happens to you, just contact us as soon as you can and we should be able to make changes! Note: Most orders ship out within 48 hours so please be sure to contact as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order!

I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships!

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY? 

If there’s something wrong with your order ( wrong shirt, defective product, etc.), return it to us unworn and unwashed within 15 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.

While we are working hard to become a household name, we haven't quite made it the point where the whole world has heard of us, but you can count on us providing a quality experience for you. We also offer a "happiness" guarantee, if you aren't happy with your product, we'll replace it or take it back and refund you!
